Part 1: Supercompensation – The Curve That Explains Everything

What Actually Happens When You Work Out

Think of your body as a construction site. When you lift weights or do intense cardio, you're essentially swinging a wrecking ball through your muscle fibers. You're creating micro-tears—tiny, microscopic damage that your body registers as a stress signal.

Here's the counterintuitive part: that damage is the point.

You're not damaging yourself for no reason. You're sending your body a message: "This environment requires more strength. Adapt."

Phase 1: Training (Stress)
